Half of 2024 isn’t even behind us yet, but the anticipation for a certain Special Project (SP) is already raising the temperature for 2025. Jordan Brand is primed to unleash a fiery ‘Firewood Orange’ variant of the Air Jordan 4 SP next year, and its captivating colour scheme is sure to rank it as a ‘must-grab’ for enthusiasts of this revered model.

What to Expect from the Air Jordan 4 SP in “Firewood Orange”

Sole Retriever has unveiled an exciting sneak peek into an upcoming sneaker project. Of course, speculations have been triggered as the project seems to bear the premium SP tag, which is often witness to high-end sneaker releases like the Air Jordan 1 High “Dusted Clay,” which was launched earlier this year. That said, this label could also hint at a potential collaboration with a major brand, although there are currently no substantial confirmations regarding this. But while speculation continues to simmer regarding the implications of the SP tag, one thing we’re assured of is the sneaker’s colour palette. It throws together an eye-pleasing blend of “Firewood Orange,” “Cinnabar,” and “Sail”.

And let’s not forget about the mock-ups! With the colourway details released, it was only a matter of time before speculated design images started making their rounds on the internet. And if these images are anything to go by, it’s safe to say we’ve all got reason to be excited about what’s coming.

A Closer Look at the Sneaker Design

The upcoming design boasts a daring, premium leather upper in “Firewood Orange”. Whether it’s a collaboration project or an independent release, be assured of top-notch materials typical of an SP release.

This intense shade is beautifully contrasted with “Sail” accents gracing the wings, the mesh netting on the midfoot, the iconic Jumpman logo on the heel, and the laces. An unmissable metallic Jumpman emblem on the tongue accentuates the shoe’s luxury, enhanced further by a pop of “Cinnabar” on the heel tab.

The design is brought together by a sole unit that blends the “Cinnabar,” “Sail,” and “Firewood Orange” hues for a harmonised and chic final look.

However, keep in mind that these images are only wild guesses right now – the final product might look significantly different. But, with such a bold and attractive colour palette to work with, there’s a good chance of getting a really stand-out pair of sneakers.
