Thankfully, sneaker artist Christian Mazorra of @conceptkickz has resolved part of this little issue for fans by designing a unique Nike SB Dunk Low “Batman Beyond: Return Of The Joker” sneaker.
A Closer Look At The Sneaker
This concept pair features a split shoe design, with Terry McGinnis’ Batman Beyond suit inspiring the right shoe’s aesthetic and the left shoe taking on a sinister Joker look.
Mazorra designed a sleek dark black sneaker with red trim, swooshes, and laces for our beloved Batman of the future. On the other hand, Joker’s pair is slightly more playful, including a white leather base, green Swooshes, and purple overlays featuring his iconic laugh text scrawled in red throughout.
Even though there isn’t much else to see here, it’s precisely this simplicity that allows the two opposing styles to pair so harmoniously together. Now, picture these with custom insoles featuring images from the animated film. The look could be epic.
