Sure, we’ve seen Travis Scott’s Air Jordan 1 Low collaboration embrace a stylish yellow, white, and blue palette as a tribute to his Alma Mater, Elkins High School. Yet, this custom Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 Low “UCLA” by Savoir-Faire Paris offers a novel and distinctive take on the bold colour scheme in the name of school spirit.

A Closer Look At The Sneaker

More specifically, this incredible custom pair was a heartfelt gift from a proud father to his son in celebration of his graduation from the prestigious UCLA. The sneakers proudly display the University’s signature colours—blue and yellow—seamlessly pulled together by a crisp white leather base.

This smooth white leather provides a clean backdrop for the striking blue overlays, crafted from premium blue nubuck material. From there, yellow tumbled leather accentuates Scott’s signature reversed Swoosh while also spotlighting the “Cactus Jack” branding on the tongue.

Additional nods to UCLA include the “UCLA” and “B” embroidery on the heel, paying tribute to the University’s storied athletic legacy. The design also includes a white midsole and gum rubber outsole, creating a sleek and classic contrast to the bold colours used on the upper.

It’s always fascinating to see how slight changes in colour placement can dramatically transform a shoe’s allure. While this pair shares a similar colour palette with Travis Scott’s “Elkins” edition, the distinct distribution of these colours sets it apart with a unique style and charm all its own.

Is The Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 Low “UCLA” Available?

However, like many of Savoir-Faire Paris’ customs creations, this Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 Low “UCLA” is a one-of-one design not available for general purchase. That said, if the craftsmanship and details on this pair catch your eye, you can reach out to Savoir-Faire Paris to commission your own custom pair tailored to your personal preferences.

Customisation prices start at €1,200 (approximately $1,300.18 USD), with the final cost varying based on the chosen model, materials, details, and the complexity of your concept. But since each pair is handcrafted, anticipate a waiting period of about 8 to 10 weeks before you can showcase them on your feet.

So, while you consider investing in a custom pair, we’ve got plenty of creative designs to inspire you. From “Hand-Carved” Air Jordan 1s to “Deadpool” Jordan 4 Sneakers and even Travis Scott’s Jordan Jumpman Jacks in a stylish Bruce Lee colourway, there are myriads of unique designs to ignite your imagination. While you’re at it, remember to follow us here at Sneaker Fortress for the latest custom and concept kicks.
