Angel Reese’s first signature sneaker, the Reebok Angel Reese 1, has become one of 2025’s most talked-about basketball shoes. If you’ve been chasing a pair all year, two colorways are still hanging around online: “Giving Grace” (Soft Gray) and “Tiago King” (Simple Beige). The “Tiago King” release has nearly sold out, and lots of sizes are already gone for both versions. But why are Angel Reese’s Reebok sneakers suddenly one of the hottest things in basketball and sneaker culture?

Why Angel Reese’s Sneakers Just Took Over Basketball Culture

Angel Reese keeps pushing. At 22, she’s stacking 14.7 points, 12.6 boards, 3.7 assists and 1.5 steals while sliding into another All-Star pick and her first senior Team USA camp. She once joked she’d “show up again tomorrow if they let me,” and you believe her. Even her sneakers refuse to slow down.

Angel Reese Drops the Reebok Angel Reese 1 and Fans Go Wild

Angel Reese dropped her first signature sneaker, the Reebok Angel Reese 1, and fans grabbed pairs like it was a two-minute drill. She’s only 22 and already checking off milestones most players dream about by 30. One thing that landed for me was how she circled back to Saint Frances Academy in Baltimore. Reese said, “I want girls to see what’s possible,” and you can tell she means it.

Reebok Taps Baltimore Pride With the “Charm City” Colorway

Reebok tapped Angel Reese’s Baltimore roots for the “Charm City” colorway, mixing hometown pride with court-ready swagger. She once joked, “I carry Baltimore everywhere I go,” and the shoe follows that lead with clean lines, sharp color blocking and little touches that feel personal.

The Angel Reese 1 Colorways Keep Sneakerheads Chasing Every Drop

The Angel Reese 1 collection keeps switching things up, from the iridescent Diamond Dust pair to the pink Mebounds and the black-and-white Receipts Ready. People chase every drop like it’s a Saturday mall run in 2003. Limited releases keep the hype alive, and no one’s pretending otherwise.

The “Tiago King Reese” Colorway Brings Heart and Humor

Reese built the “Tiago King Reese” in a warm Simple Beige tone named after her Yorkshire terrier, Tiago. She joked that if the little guy can run her house, he can inspire a sneaker too. It’s personal and cozy, and you can feel that affection each time you lace them up.

Performance Tech That Hits Just as Hard as Reese Does

Reebok’s Energy Return System shows up again, pushing back with every step, and the ventilated exoskeleton upper keeps things cool without trying too hard. Reese swears by it, saying it “works as hard as she does on the court.” You feel that the moment you lace up.

Black Friday Restocks Sent Sneaker Fans Into a Frenzy

Reebok brought a few fan-favourites back online before Black Friday and people jumped fast, hoping to grab that $15 off on orders over $150. Three top styles returned in tiny batches that vanished almost as quickly. Hype makes shoppers move.

“Giving Grace” Colorway Celebrates Reese’s Journey and Growth

Reese’s “Giving Grace” colorway pulls together Soft, Escape, and Still Gray to frame her journey from 2021 to now. She calls it “a reminder to keep moving,” tying resilience to everyday choices. You get a sneaker that nudges you to treat yourself with some grace, then pass that energy to the next person.

Angel Reese Is Becoming a True Sneaker Icon

Angel Reese’s sneakers aren’t just shoes, they’re a statement. From storytelling colorways to top-tier performance, the Reese 1 proves she’s not just a WNBA star but a sneaker icon.

Reese’s Reebok Deal Shows Her Business Game Is Just as Strong

Angel Reese locked in her Reebok bag early, signing that LSU NIL deal back in 2022 while everyone else was still figuring out how to spell “collective.” By her rookie season, she’d already flipped it into a signature shoe plus apparel. “Shaq believes in me,” she said, and the numbers backed it up. Six figures before 23.

Reebok isn’t exactly throwing confetti for the AR1 “Midnight Diamond Dust,” but don’t let the chill vibe fool you. Angel Reese’s name sells sneakers. The molded TPU upper keeps things tough, the heel cup keeps you steady when you’re trying to hoop like you’re in Baton Rouge, and the nitrogen-infused ERS foam hits back every time you land. You get all that for $120. Pair drops December 11 on Reebok’s site and the usual suspects, so maybe set a reminder if you missed the last restock. Reese is turning Reebok’s basketball comeback into a thing you can actually wear.

Reebok Is Back

Reebok didn’t rush Angel Reese. It caught up to her. The Angel Reese 1 landed on Sept. 18, two years after an NIL deal, 11 months after a signature extension, and 60 days after you first saw her hoop in them. It shows how fast she moved. Reebok backed it with a campaign called “Fuel,” set on a Chicago L train, where Reese says, “They call it the hate train. I call it the warmup.” You watched the rollout. Hours later, the AR1 sold out. Reese posted, “I’m in full tears right now… REEBOK IS BACK!” She wasn’t kidding.
