2025 has been an epic year for sneakerheads, especially OG Jordan fans. So many iconic old-school releases (from the Air Jordan 1 High “Banned” to the Air Jordan 12 “Taxi”) have been welcomed back for the Jumpman’s 40th celebrations this year. With just three months left of 2025, we thought we’d take a peek at the retro Jordan colorway releases coming back in 2026.
Air Jordan 5 “Wolf Grey”

Sneakerheads can look forward to another iteration of the Jordan 5 “Wolf Grey” in 2026. The colourway returns for its 15th anniversary, with the same classic grey nubuck uppers fans originally loved. Fresh pairs are also said to include the “23” stitching on the sides and the familiar Jumpman logo on the heel. Find out more about the Air Jordan 5 “Wolf Grey”.
Air Jordan 13 “Cherry”

These white, black, and red “Cherry” Jordan 13s are also making a welcome return. The colourway is arguably one of the best Jordan 13s ever released, and it’s expected back in spring 2026. Images of next year’s pairs have yet to surface, but it’s expected to be a faithful recreation of the OG design. Find out more about the Air Jordan 13 “True Red”.
Air Jordan 14 “Black/University Blue”

The celebrations continue in 2026 with the beautiful “Black/University Blue” Jordan 14 colourway. This sleek pair returns to mark its 20th anniversary and is expected to have a close-to-OG look. Find out more about the Air Jordan 14“Black/University Blue”.
Air Jordan 11 Low “University Blue”

It’s been less than a decade since the popular “University Blue” Jordan 11 Lows were released, but fans are likely to see another drop in 2026. The white and blue colourway is expected in close to its original form next summer.
Air Jordan 13 Retro “Flint”

It may not be a major milestone year for the Jordan 13, but fans of the silhouette will still be treated to a selection of enticing colourways in 2026. Joining the lineup is the “Flint Grey” Jordan 13. Images of the kicks have yet to surface, but we’re sure sneakerheads are hoping for another true-to-OG release.
Air Jordan 9 “Flint Grey”

Another popular “Flint Grey” release to look forward to in 2026 is none other than the Jordan 9 colourway. This fan-fave style (also known as the French Blue 9s) is likely to stay faithful to the original design from 2002. Expect to see white tumbled leather uppers, Flint Grey mudguards, and French Blue touches. Find out more about the Air Jordan 9 ‘Flint Grey’.
Air Jordan 4 “Toro Bravo”

Yes, there’s yet another grail being dusted off for re-release in 2026. The flaming red Air Jordan 4 “Toro Bravo” design is set to return in May in complete family sizes.
Air Jordan 5 “Sunset”

There is a lot of heat from the 2000s being revived for 2026. Included in the mix is the women’s exclusive Jordan 5″Sunset”…which also happens to be celebrating 20 years since its debut. The design is expected to return in OG form, which means the orange Jumpman logo will be present at the heel. Find out more about the Air Jordan 5 “Sunset”.
Air Jordan 5 “Black/University Blue”

The Jordan 5 “Black/University Blue” is back for its 20th anniversary next year. The 2026 edition is expected to remain true to the 2006 release, with black uppers, contrast stitching, and blue accents.
Air Jordan 9 “Space Jam”

The Jordan 9s MJ wore in Space Jam are making a return for the sixth time in 2026. Its release coincides with the 30th anniversary of the 1996 film. Hopefully, this means fans will get a chance to grab a fresh pair of the Jordan 11 “Space Jams” too.
Air Jordan 8 “Chrome”

Sneakerheads can also expect a fresh drop of the “Chrome” Jordan 8s in fall 2026. The Black, White, and Chrome colourway is expected to return with a true-to-OG design.
Air Jordan 17 Low “Black Patent”

Also expected back in 2026 is the Air Jordan 17 Low “Black Chrome”. However, unlike other retros on this list, this pair is set to return with a reimagined look. Jordan Brand will be swapping the original smooth leather uppers with black patent leather.
Air Jordan 3 “Laser”

The Jumpman team is rumoured to be dropping the laser-etched Jordan 3s made just for Michael Jordan’s 40th birthday. There is still no information on whether the sneaker will look exactly like Mike’s PE or if it’s just inspired by the design, but the images above should give an idea of what to expect.
Air Jordan 3 “True Blue”

You can treat yourself and the rest of the family to a fresh pair of “True Blue” Jordan 3s in 2026. The white, blue, and grey sneaker was one of the original AJ3 colourways to release back in 1988 and has pretty much been a fan-fave ever since.
Air Jordan 4 “Tour Yellow”

JB has another “Rare Air” release in store for 2026. Next year, the brand is bringing back the “Tour Yellow” design first dropped in 2006. The pair will come with the familiar removable tongue patches that offer “Rare Air” branding underneath.
Air Jordan 5 OG “White Metallic”

2025 may have brought a number of must-have AJ5 releases, but JB is definitely set to continue the momentum in 2026. Among the many coveted AJ5 colourways set to return next year is the clean “White Metallic” style. This pair is rumoured to return with “Nike Air” branding on the heel.
Off-White X Air Jordan 1 High OG “Alaska”

The Off-White x Air Jordan 1 “Euro” (now dubbed the “Alaska”) is finally set for a wider release in 2026. This version replaces the Off-White branding on the side with a nod to Virgil Abloh. Definitely a must-have pair for the holiday season.
Air Jordan 6 “White Infrared”

The Air Jordan 6 is set to reach a major milestone in 2026. As part of the model’s 35th anniversary celebrations, the popular “White Infrared” colourway is reportedly making a comeback. Sneakerheads can expect “Nike Air” branding on the heel for the upcoming pair, as well as a shade of red closer to the 1991 pair.
