As the Jordan Brand continues to broaden the horizons of its much-loved Craft series, here comes yet another memorable pair of sneakers to grace the lineup — the Air Jordan 3 “Craft Ivory”. This series, launched in December 2021, takes iconic Jordan models and gives them fresh new twists — reversing materials, rejuvenating textures, and rethinking construction. Several Jordan models, such as the AJ 1, AJ 4, and AJ 5, have previously gotten the Craft treatment. Now, it’s time for the Air Jordan 3 to bask in the limelight with the forthcoming release of the Air Jordan 3 Retro “Craft Ivory.

The Air Jordan 3 Retro “Craft Ivory” is pegged as the freshest face in the Jordan Brand’s esteemed “Craft” series. It brings to the table a simplistic yet elegant colour palette of “Ivory”, “Grey Mist”, and “Cream”, which give this colourway a soft, chic, and luxurious aesthetic. This sneaker is an ideal, versatile pick for sneakerheads who value adaptable style. And thanks to @yankeekicks, we get an on-foot look at just how stylish this new iteration of the Air Jordan 3 is.

The shoe sports an “Ivory” tumbled leather upper that is beautifully accented with perforations on the collar. Moving on, you’ll discover smooth leather mudguards offering a subtle textural contrast to the tumbled leather above it.

If you look closer, you’ll note double overlays on the toe and heel that incorporate a suede fabric contrasted by the iconic elephant print overlays in a “Grey Mist” colour scheme. This ‘misty’ grey suede element also graces the eye-stays, seamlessly matching the shoe’s soft grey lining.

Continuing with the tongue, you’ll find double Jumpman branding that creates an almost ‘shadow’ effect. A grey Jumpman is embroidered on the front, while on the back, a cream Jumpman forms a beautiful visual contrast.

The shoe doesn’t stop impressing there; it also features double branding on its semi-translucent heel tab with an antiquated finish. Here, you can see a 3D translucent Jumpman logo atop grey “Nike Air” branding. The same aged, semi-translucent material is found on the eyelets, contributing to the overall vintage charm of the sneaker.

As a finishing touch, an ivory midsole rests atop the semi-translucent rubber outsole. The sneaker is then laced up with a pair of pale ivory laces, which perfectly complement the overall aesthetic of the shoe. It’s all these little details that make the sneaker truly stand out and give it a unique and stylish look.

For those looking to add this understated beauty to their sneaker collection, you can expect the Air Jordan 3 Retro Craft “Ivory” to release on March 2nd, 2024. You can grab a pair of these from Nike.com and select Jordan retailers for a retail price of $210 USD.

I am sure this is an Air Jordan 3 pair that many sneaker enthusiasts will be eager to get their hands on. So, do be sure to mark your calendars and set a reminder for the release date. The release is still a while away, so there is plenty of time to plan and prepare for the drop. Until then, be sure to follow us for more sneaker drops and reviews.
