Following the successful launch of the Vans x Nicole McLaughlin earlier in 2025, as well as the release of the beautifully crafted OTW Old Skool 36 FM, Vans returns with the second drop for the OTW by Vans and HommeGirls collection.

HommeGirls is an independent magazine and apparel brand that features styles inspired by menswear. The OTW by Vans extends its partnership with the brand for a second capsule, with the first launch scheduled for October 2024.

Headlining this second drop is the OTW Authentic 44. It still features its classic checkerboard colourways, while offering a workwear-inspired twist. The collection features beloved HommeGirls basics and sets, with a workwear-inspired approach to its women’s apparel pieces. The collaboration showcases the timeless and effortlessly cool spirit of both brands.

More on the OTW Authentic 44, it features an elevated construction and materials. This is in keeping with Vans’ commitment to style and sustainability across its product range. The OTW Authentic 44 has a canvas upper, which is built with a high-density material. It highlights the oversized HG monogram within the Vans checkerboard pattern, with the heel scab featuring a tribute to the collaboration. It is available in various colourways, including tonal and military green. The OTW Authentic 44 pairs feature a custom HommeGirls-branded lace alongside the classic solid option.

The rest of the collection features an assortment of apparel with tie-ins between the brands’ distinct styles. This includes the Reversible Workwear Jacket, Crop Shirt, Fitted Tee, Workwear Pants, Patchwork Boxers, and Two-Tone Ribbed Socks.

It offers a mix of styles that combines the enduring appeal of traditional workwear and he distinctive OTW design ethos. The collection further elevates and refines the classic aesthetic, which prioritises style, functionality, comfort, and durability. As a result, the range showcases its versatile nature, providing a refined take on utility. Despite striving for form and function, the collection still makes for an essential piece, offering everyday wear while delivering a classic design with a modern touch.

Founder of the HommeGirls brand, Thakoon Panichgul, had this to say about their second collaboration with Vans:

“The second drop of OTW by Vans x HommeGirls continues the play on the checkerboard motif, but this time in a patchwork effect — from using stripe shirting mixed with white cotton poplin to a workwear-meets-military canvas patchwork jacket. All the elements that are tried and true HommeGirls, and nodding to the originality of Vans OTW.”

Be inspired with a refreshed look at workwear with the OTW by Vans x HommeGirls. Practical, yet stylish. The collection is available online via Vans.com, as well as at select retailers.
