One of the standout sneaker moments of 2021 was undoubtedly the collaboration between Travis Scott and Fragment on the Air Jordan 1. This partnership beautifully combined Hiroshi Fujiwara and La Flame’s unique styles on a silhouette they had previously made iconic. The result? A design revered by sneakerheads worldwide. While the end product received widespread acclaim among sneaker enthusiasts, there’s always room for a bit of speculative creativity. Here’s where Savoir-Faire Paris steps in with their reimagined Travis Scott x Fragment Air Jordan 1 “Yellow”.

A Closer Look At The Sneaker

While the original design is known for its white and blue tumbled leather upper paired with Scott’s hallmark reverse Swooshes in black, Savoir-Faire Paris’s take on the design introduces a fresh palette and distinct materials.

This custom design begins with a similar base. White tumbled leather is complemented by black accents on the Swoosh, collar, and tongue. However, the blue tumbled leather has been swapped out for a striking yellow python leather on the toebox, ankle flap, and heel. To complete the look, the sole unit features a white and yellow combination, perfectly tying the aesthetic together.

We always admire designers who take beloved collaborations and introduce fresh, unique elements. This variant is certainly an intriguing reinterpretation of the coveted design. Whether this interpretation surpasses the original is up for debate and likely hinges on personal preferences. The addition of python leather undeniably brings a premium touch to the table, though.

Is The Travis Scott x Fragment Air Jordan 1 “Yellow” Available For Purchase?

If you’re among the sneakerheads enamoured by this bold design, consider having a custom pair made by Savoir-Faire Paris. Although this particular design is one-of-one, you can have a similar stylish look personalised with any colours or materials that suit your taste.
