One thing is true: the best Nike Dunks keep selling out. Whether at retail stores, Nike websites, or through authorized sellers, these shoes that seem to never go away still vanish faster than anyone can really logically explain. Part of the appeal lies in the shoe’s simplicity and the fact that you can wear them with just about anything. Here is a list of the top 10 best Nike Dunk Lows we love in 2025 – originals, customs and concepts.

Most sneakerheads already know that Nike SB is always open to wild and unexpected collaborations. This time, the brand is teaming up with the eccentric and quirky Canadian interviewer and musician Nardwuar to create a Nike SB Dunk Low dressed in plaid. Sneaker Market Romania reports a colour scheme of University Red, Black, Yellow Strike, and Deep Royal Blue. Learn more about the Nardwuar x Nike SB Dunk Low.

Nike is celebrating four decades of the Dunk Low silhouette with a slew of new “Panda” designs and colourways. These new colourways include a “Red panda” colourway that uses various shades of red throughout the Dunk Low, a purple pair experimenting with light and dark purple tints, and a white and green variant with glossy leather overlays. These special edition “Panda” kicks will be available in the fall 2025 season.

Cobra Kai fans can expect a fulfilling 2025 with a luxurious custom Nike SB Dunk low design honouring the popular Netflix series. The sneaker has a black and yellow colour scheme inspired by the Cobra Kai dojo’s distinctive hues. Of course, the motif does not end there; the shoe also contains snake-inspired embellishments, such as snakeskin leather on the overlays and pebbled leather on the base. Sneaker artist Christian Mazorra of @conceptkickz has taken the liberty of conceptualising what sneakers inspired by characters like Krusty the Clown, Duffman, and Millhouse could look like. This incredible pair of Superman sneakers are ideal for the beloved hero’s next adventure in the DC Universe. On one foot, this sneaker displays Superman’s signature red and blue colour scheme, with the ‘S’ (or, more appropriately, the Kryptonian symbol of hope) on the shoe’s sides instead of the Swoosh. On the other foot, it pays homage to his villainous counterpart, Bizarro. See more details about the Superman Nike Dunks here.

Lilo & Stitch x Nike SB Dunk Low ‘Stitch’

We want these custom Lilo & Stitch Nike SB Dunk sneakers for the release of Disney’s 2025 live-action version of the classic animated film. Sneaker Anime really nailed the look of this pair. The design is so good that it looks as if it could have been created right at the Nike SB headquarters in Oregon. The pair replicates Stitches’ signature blue fur with a hairy light blue foundation and dark blue overlays with delicate shading throughout. Nike Dunk Low “LA”

Nike pays homage to Los Angeles (LA), the city of dreams, by designing a pair of Dunk Low sneakers with a sky and cloud motif. Throughout the years, Nike has often employed cloud-themed designs on its most popular silhouettes (just consider the Air Force 1 Low “Clouds Celestine Blue” and the Nike SB Dunk High “Clouds,” for instance). However, we especially appreciate how subtle the theme is on this Nike Dunk Low “LA” colourway.

Nike Dunk Low “Silver Surfer”

Back in 2004, the “Silver Surfer” Dunk Low made its mark as part of a capsule collection, which included two Dunk variations along with two unique Air Max 90 colourways, all featuring the character’s face on the insoles. To embody Marvel’s famed metallic humanoid alien, Nike adorned the Dunk Low with shades of Metallic Silver, Cascade Blue, Neutral Grey, and Gym Red—a combination that made a comeback in the 2024 release. Read more.

“Jaws” Nike SB Dunk Low

The legendary Great White Shark from the iconic film “Jaws” has landed on the popular Nike SB Dunk Low silhouette. The sneaker showcases smooth and shiny black leather on the toe box, tongue, and collar, with the fabric even highlighting the heel tab and side Swooshes. However, it’s the grey leather on the toe, quarter panels, eyestays, and ankle flap that truly captures the shark-inspired design. The midfoot even boasts five gill-like leather panels, mimicking the slits on the side of a shark’s head. See more.
