Their design pulls from the chunky, futuristic aesthetic of the adidas Crazy IIINFINITY basketball line, with a single piece of moulded foam forming the upper for a seamless, sock-like fit. It’s clear from this design focus that the aim is to pamper the foot before anything else. This shift towards comfort can be partly attributed to the massive influence of Kanye West’s Yeezy line and how it has made a mark on the culture. What We Like About Them

We haven’t had a chance to try them on yet, but from the images we’ve had the pleasure of seeing, we have to say there’s much to like about the adiFOM IIINFINITY Slides. First of all (and forgive us if we sound a little sentimental here), we like that they are a breath of fresh air in a world obsessed with complicated colourways and hyped-up shoes. Slipping these on feels like a happy exercise in effortless comfort. That moulded foam we brought up in the design allows for a sock-like fit that is perfect for summer.

We also appreciate the continuation of the futuristic, chunky design that looks like it’s straight out of a sci-fi movie. The simple black colour of the slides is all we need. Unless some other colourways are introduced after the slides’ release, it’s good to know there’s one simple classic colour to choose from. You can’t go wrong with black.
