Reebok has been on a roll with its themed sneaker releases. I mean, they’ve released two X-Men-inspired sneakers, a NASA-themed collection, and an extremely covetable partnership with the Alien movie series just this year. Now, sneakerheads have something to look forward to for the spooktacular season ahead: the Reebok x Universal Monsters Collection.

A Closer Look At The Sneakers

The upcoming collection features several stylish designs inspired by iconic horror film monsters, including Dracula, the Wolfman, Frankenstein, the Bride of Frankenstein, and the Creature from the Black Lagoon.

The Dracula-themed BB 4000 Low features a translucent sole unit that exposes a red stain underneath and is covered in deep crimson and black colour-shifting leather. It also features a custom badge on the tongue.

Next, the “Wolfman” Club C Revenge is a more literal interpretation of the character, with a hairy suede upper and a red-stained inner lining that brings the werewolf aesthetic to life.

Moving on, Frankenstein’s monster gets his own Reebok Twilight Zone Pump, made of suede and leather and held together by stitched details, exposed glue, and silver bolts. This gives the shoe the same cadaverous look as the iconic character himself.

The Bride of Frankenstein, on the other hand, is featured in a striking “Triple Black” colour scheme on the Club C Megacourt. This design features white stitched accents, distressed laces, and a platform midsole to replicate her iconic hairstyle.

Last but not least, the Creature from the Black Lagoon is honoured with an Instapump Fury in a muddy green and black colour scheme. The midsole has scale-like patterns that reference the creature’s amphibious nature.

Reebok Universal Monsters Collection Release Details

This eerie lineup of kicks is scheduled for release on October 11, 2024. Reebok.com and select retailers will sell each pair separately, with the BB 4000 II priced at $130 USD, Club C Revenge at $120 USD, Pump TZ at $180 USD, and Instapump Fury at $220 USD. However, the Club C Megacourt will only be available in women’s sizes and will cost $120 USD.

Some other sneaker releases that may help you get ready for Halloween include the Nike Zoom Vomero 5, which has a spooky “Spider” theme; the Nike Ja “Nightmare”, with details reminiscent of iconic elements from Michael Jackson’s Thriller video; a play on the Air Jordan 1’s  “Black Cat” colourway; and a Nike Dunk Low that is dressed up in Spiderman’s iconic black suit. For now, make sure to follow Sneaker Fortress to stay updated on all of these releases and more.
