There’s huge excitement in the sneakerhead community about a rumoured upcoming collaboration between Travis Scott and the Jordan Brand. The centrepiece of this partnership will go by the name of Travis Scott x Jordan Jumpman Jack.

Travis Scott is one of the most influential and successful artists on the music scene today. The rapper, singer, songwriter, and producer has been dominating the charts and the airwaves with his hit albums and singles, such as Astroworld, Rodeo, and Sicko Mode, among others. He is also known for his spectacular live performances, often featuring elaborate stage designs, pyrotechnics, and big-time guest features. Travis Scott has a loyal fan base that follows his every move and loves what he brings to the table creatively.

There’s more to Travis Scott than just musical notes; the man knows a thing or two about fashion. Catch him at a show or an awards ceremony, and you’ll quickly learn he has a unique and distinctive style that blends streetwear, high-end, and vintage elements.

He is also an avid sneaker collector and enthusiast passionate about rare and exclusive shoes. He has collaborated with some of the biggest brands in the sneaker world, such as Nike, Air Jordan, and Reebok. His collaborations have resulted in some of the most coveted and hyped sneakers in the market, such as the Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1, 4, 6, and 33, the Travis Scott x Nike Air Force 1, and the Travis Scott x Reebok Classic Leather.

One of his most anticipated and rumoured collaborations is the Travis Scott x Jordan Jumpman Jack. This sneaker is said to be inspired by his childhood hero, Michael Jordan. Side note: isn’t MJ a hero to us all? The Jumpman Jack is a new model that is part of the Jordan Brand’s lifestyle line, which aims to offer more casual and versatile sneakers for everyday wear. The Jumpman Jack features a low-top silhouette, a leather upper, a rubber outsole, and a Jumpman logo on the tongue and the heel.

According to sources, the Travis Scott x Jordan Jumpman Jack will be released in brown, black, and white. The show will also have some of Travis Scott’s signature details, such as his “Cactus Jack” logo on the side, his name on the insole, and his astrological sign on the heel. IG user @knowing_kicks blessed us all by posting some pretty impressive pictures on his page.

The Travis Scott x Jordan Jumpman Jack will sport some references to Michael Jordan’s all-winning career and legacy, such as his jersey number 23 on the toe box, his championship rings on the lace tips, and his signature on the midsole.

While none of this is official, the sneaker is expected to be released in the summer of 2024. It is said to come with really impressive packaging, including a poster and a few other surprise goodies. You’ll be the first to read about it when we know more.

Update: These gorgeous sneakers were released on the 30th of April, 2024, and retailed for $200. While the sneakers sold out almost immediately, they are still available on plenty of after-sale sites like StockX. However, the price has increased significantly, so good luck finding a pair for the original market price. Happy hunting!

Are you a Travis Scott Jumpman Jack fan? Is this a collaboration you’re excited about? Also, are you excited about the Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 “Pink” Pack?
