A certain Penny Hardaway happens to be one of LeBron James’ basketball idols, and the Foamposite One was Hardaway’s signature shoe. Is it a stretch to suggest that there’s a subtle homage here? After all, LeBron James once created a footwear tribute to Hardaway in 2010: the blue and black Nike LeBron 7 “Heroes Pack (Penny).”
It’s just food for thought, though. At the end of the day, what’s undeniable is the allure of this intriguing colourway.
