Everyone’s Talking About Angel Reese’s New USA Reebok Basketball Shoes

Everyone's talking about Angel Reese's Reebok Angel Reese 1 "USA" colorways, and with the 2026 Women's World Cup on the horizon, the shoes are only getting more attention.

Angel Reese has been keeping sneaker Twitter, sorry, sneaker social media, very busy this winter. Reebok and the Chicago Sky forward have been showing off player-exclusive colorways of her Angel Reese 1 sneaker like she’s got an unlimited supply.

Team USA Practice Footage Has Sneakerheads Watching Closely

With the 2026 Women’s Basketball World Cup scheduled for September, Team USA has been in full prep mode, and, of course, practice footage has been making the rounds online. But if we’re honest, everyone is really watching those clips for the shoes more than the drills.

On Monday night, Reese posted previews of two “USA” colorways of her signature shoe. One is a monochromatic red that mirrors Team USA’s road uniforms. The other goes red and white, matching the home kit. Both of the sneaker look really clean, and no, neither one of them has a release date yet.

The real heartbreaker, though, is the “Stars and Stripes” colorway Reese debuted back in December. Reese called them “one of one” at the time. Silver and navy upper, red detailing, her signature logo stamped on the tongue in gold, star lacelocks on the speckled laces. Reebok has to know people would lose their minds if those hit shelves.

The Reebok Angel Reese 1 Is Already a Breakout Signature Shoe

The Angel Reese 1 launched in September 2025 and found an audience way beyond the WNBA fanbase. Sneakerheads who hadn’t paid much attention to women’s basketball shoes started paying attention. That’s not nothing for a debut signature shoe from a 23-year-old in her second professional season.

From LSU NIL Deal to Signature Reebok Sneaker

The shoe’s origin story starts at LSU, where Reese first signed an NIL deal with Reebok before she was even a pro. By the time her rookie season wrapped up with the Chicago Sky, she’d signed a contract extension that included the signature shoe and apparel collections. The pipeline from college court to Reebok flagship product moved faster than most players ever see.

Reebok Teases the Angel Reese 1 SS26 Collection

Looking ahead, Reebok recently teased the Angel Reese 1 SS26 Collection, which includes four colorways: Rose Dust, Gala Green, Navy Halo, and Unapologetically Angel. Release dates for all four haven’t been confirmed yet, but the current lineup is already available on Reebok.com in adult and kids’ sizes, which is worth noting if you’ve got a young player at home who’s very particular about their footwear.

Angel Reese Keeps the Sneaker Conversation Going All Off-Season

The off-season has a way of feeling slow, but between World Cup preparations and a steady drip of new colorways, Angel Reese is making sure nobody forgets her name between tip-offs.
